The Fig + Pico Conference Center Hotels project is a large-scale hospitality centered mixed-use project consisting of over 1,100 hotel guestrooms in two Type-I high-rise concrete towers located directly across the street from the Los Angeles Convention Center, Crypto.com Arena and LA Live. Phase I consisted of a 37-story tower with a 727 key dual brand Moxy and AC Hotel by Marriott and 15,000 square feet of digital advertising signage. Phase II is planned for an additional 378 keys in a second, standalone tower.
